1) Record all aspects of patient care and interaction is accordance with professional legal and ethical requirements.

 2) There should be special evaluation of the extent of understanding of the patients before embarking on any interventions or operations. Examine similar risks, advantages, and any option with patients.

 3) Show consideration in reaction to calls, mails and letters from the patient /family members and do initiate communication frequently. Discuss with him or her treatment, discharge and test results amongst other things.
