3. Describe the different between professional malpractice and negligence

Professional malpractice means lack of proper care that results in adverse consequences to the patient; negligence on the other hand can be categorized as the commission of any act of negligence no matter the code of ethics in the practice of that profession or specialty that may cause harm to the patient though they may not be violation of the code of conduct.
